After completing his education and military service in Israel, Ilan moved to the United States in 1989 with a dream of making a meaningful impact. By 1994, he had founded Crime Alert Security, which has since grown into a trusted name in the security industry, employing nearly 100 dedicated professionals. Known for his strategic thinking and a sharp sense of humor, Ilan’s leadership philosophy centers on respect, collaboration, and an unwavering belief in the potential of his team. Andrew Haugen is an accomplished sales leader and Vice President of Sales at Crime Alert Security. With over ten years of experience in the security industry, Andrew has built a reputation for his commitment to client-focused service and tailored security solutions. His expertise and dedication were recognized in 2022 when he received the prestigious Hattrix Master Sales Person award. Additionally, Andrew holds a CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) certification, equipping him with specialized skills to help clients proactively secure their spaces. Andrew combines expertise with a down-to-earth perspective. With over 18 years of customer service experience and over 16 years in management, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role as General Manager at Crime Alert Security. Known for his hands-on leadership and operational expertise, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and deliver outstanding service across various sectors, including security and service management. A results-driven professional, he excels at building client relationships, optimizing operations, and fostering a work environment focused on growth and accountability. Brianna Nay
With 9 years of accounting experience, including 4 at Crime Alert Security, Brianna Nay ensures seamless financial operations, overseeing payroll, reporting, and budget management. A graduate of Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Brianna is known for her precision and dedication to supporting both clients and internal teams. Her commitment to accuracy and teamwork helps align Crime Alert’s financial goals with its focus on exceptional client service.
Operations Manager
Alec Guenther
Alec Guenther has dedicated the past 10 years to Crime Alert Security, advancing from an entry-level position to his current role as Operations Manager. He began as a Technician Assistant, learning the industry hands-on, and progressed through roles as Technician, Senior Technician, and eventually into management. Alec’s expertise in the security field is the result of practical experience, mentorship from colleagues, and self-driven learning. This journey has given him a deep understanding of the work and the challenges within the industry. In his role as Operations Manager, Alec oversees daily operations, ensuring Crime Alert maintains the highest standards of service and safety. He is focused on driving efficiency, building strong teams, and continuously improving processes to provide the best for clients. Alec is passionate about making communities safer and more secure, a mission that motivates him every day.
Director of Loss Prevention Consulting
Ryan Dzwigalski
With over 20 years of experience in loss prevention and security, Ryan Dzwigalski specializes in creating solutions that center on people, recognizing that data points reflect human behaviors. His expertise spans big-box retail, specialty retail, convenience, and the cannabis industry. A registered Cannabis Agent in multiple regulated states, Ryan has extensive multi-state experience establishing security for cannabis cultivation and retail sites, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across North America. Ryan is a Certified Forensic Interviewer and Loss Prevention Certified, with hundreds of hours of interrogation training. Known for his direct and practical approach, he builds trust by connecting with individuals from all walks of life, helping to foster a culture of accountability and safety. At Crime Alert Security, Ryan spearheads security consulting services designed to anticipate and mitigate risks before they arise. His philosophy is rooted in eliminating opportunities for theft and loss by integrating proactive strategies into business operations. By combining data-driven insights with a deep understanding of human behavior, Ryan empowers clients to safeguard their assets and strengthen their teams. Service Manager
Robin Stevenson
With over 25 years at Crime Alert Security, Robin Stevenson, the soul of crime alert security, brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to her role as Service Manager. Robin joined the company in 1999 as the bookkeeper, back when Crime Alert was a small operation and she was the sole person in the office. Answering phones, handling bookkeeping, and eager to help customers without pulling technicians from the field, Robin quickly began learning the ins and outs of alarm systems herself. Before long, she was the go-to person for troubleshooting, even receiving calls from technicians in the field for programming tips! Robin’s commitment to service has only deepened over the years. If you’ve ever called Crime Alert for after-hours tech support, chances are you’ve spoken with Robin! She combines her business education with a hands-on understanding of the technology, making her an invaluable resource to both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Robin finds her greatest joy in being “Mema” to her three beloved grandchildren.
Sr. Technician
Chad White
Chad White brings over 30 years of experience in the audiovisual, CCTV, and alarm systems industry, with five of those years dedicated to his role as a Technician at Crime Alert Security. In addition to his technical skills, Chad has a background in sales, bidding, design, and installation from his previous company, showcasing his comprehensive knowledge of the field. He holds certifications as a Kantech, Honeywell, and DMP Installer, as well as CPR and lift certifications. A Sacramento native, Chad has a deep familiarity with the area, which complements his technical expertise. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated husband, father of two boys, and a passionate baseball coach.
